Hi,
I’m having a new issue with the included visual composer plugin. Everything was working fine until about a day or 2 ago. The plugin and theme are both updated (updated after the problem began to occur in hopes that it would fix it, but it did not.) I’ve disabled and re-enabled the plugin and messed around with the settings but the issues stay the same.I have not added any new plugins that I didn’t already have and up until this time nothing has changed that would have caused this problem to occur. It feels like it popped up out of nowhere.
The problem is that when trying to use the “post grid” widget or the alternative “post masonry grid” it does not load categories that have a lot of posts in them. So Category X may have 10 posts, and it loads them fine, but Category Y that has 150+ posts will display the loading animation indefinitely and never fully loads. I don’t have this problem with the “kleo posts” widget and this problem only occurs with 2-4 categories. It does not appear to happen with tags.
I’d love some help with this since it’s part of the primary functions on my website (appears on the frontpage, but now shows loading animation indefinitely -not good!).
Thanks GuysI’m apparently also having an issue with Kleo Posts Grid. It causes the page to appear blank with no content or sidebar even though the menu, logo and breadcrumbs area still show.

sorry for the delay in getting back to you. In an attempt to remedy the issue I recently upgraded my hosting and updated my PHP through my host, but I’m still having the same issue except now it’s more sporadic.All of the “Posts Grid” widgets flip back and forth between loading very very slowly (meaning the page is blank for 2 minutes before the posts show up) or not loading in at all (blank page forever). I’m not sure what’s causing this still, since as I mentioned before I’ve made no significant changes to the website from when it was working correctly.
Hello, if you didnt do significant changes to the site, also tried to disable some plugins to see if its a plugin conflict issue, tried disabling the cache etc. The only option would be the server, could you contact them about it? It should be the issue then
