When trying to add a new post/page or edit a previously published post/page, the visual editor tab does not display a menu and all text is white (thus invisible.)
No change in view in happens when switching from visual editor to text editor.
just got this message when trying to login

Navigate to the menu -> Get Support -> Kleo -> first search in our kb if your solution is not there scroll down to open a ticket
