Hello, I am utilizing your testimonials feature, but would just like text to display. While I was able to achieve this customizing a Grid element, the responsiveness of them isn’t what is seen with everything else. Once you start decreasing the width of the browser window, eventually some of the testimonial text becomes hidden. It doesn’t scale down in size and maintain full visibility of all text of the testimonials. Also, once the width is narrow enough and everything becomes a single column, the testimonial boxes become ridiculously tall, and there is a tremendous amount of blank space below the testimonial text.
Any assistance you can provide is appreciated! Thanks for developing this theme!

I see the testimonial responsive behavior, you have made any html/CSS modifications to theme / testimonial widget ?

Thanks for responding. No, I haven’t modified any html/CSS on the testimonial. I’ve only used the features available to me through the Grid Element Builder.
Thanks,
Kevin
October 8, 2015 at 15:24 #81482RaduModeratorHi again,
I see that you use a old version theme 3.0.4 – current version is 3.0.1.0.
The issue that you have describes was fixed few time ago. i suggest you to update the theme to latest version + plugins, but before that please make a theme settings backup by going to wp-admin -> Theme Options -> Import / Export -> Download Data File
Le me know if this will solve your issue.

Radu

I followed your instructions, but it doesn’t seem to have fixed anything. In fact, every section now has 40px of padding applied to the top and bottom. Is there a way to globally remove this without having to manually adjust every row on every page? I also notice that page titles (if you compare the page title on Contact vs. the page title on FAQ – or any other page just about) are inconsistent in their position. The title “Contact” is positioned lower than the title “FAQ.”
Thanks,
Kevin
October 14, 2015 at 17:10 #82243RaduModeratorHi,
there was a version of Visual Composer which produced a bug where the paddings didn’t work and unfortunately probably you have builded your site in that version but we had to fixed to all other clients where this was broken.
The issue is now fixed and i recommend you to change your spacings/paddings in order to maintain the layout over the future updates.Sorry for any inconvenience.
Regarding the testimonial issue, i recommend you to use our Visual Composer module named Testimonials that is build exactly for listing testimonials, the custom grid item that you currently using might require some additional styling.
Best Regards
Radu

This testimonial problem I’m having is elusive. Do the custom grid items within a post grid only show post excerpts? If so, how do you change them to show the full content?
Thanks,
Kevin
October 15, 2015 at 18:41 #82437RaduModeratorHi,
Regarding the support, we will implement a system to check the support status and lock the possibility of adding new tickets.
Regarding the post grid, you cannot get the post content instead of post excerpt on the fly.
Cheers
