I installed the plugin search profile.
After some modification appearance after 2 weeks plug has stopped working, and pops up the error.
Please help!BP Profile Search 4.4: The form template “members/bps-form” was not found.

On the right side at the top of the log – login password – normally I logged on and enter again

Also i cannot see this field “któego” nowhere.

Sorry but i still don’t understand, please provide a screenshot that pointing out the issue.
