hi..
When new users are added or any admin like new post in the fórum, the theme sends email correctly..
but when i try to reset the password.. the user never receives the email.
Can you pls tell me how to fix this ?

Install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ and configure with your mail settings, then make a new test and let me know if it works.
