Hi –
After updating the plugin to version 4.7.4 as recommended by Envato, I am unable to use the Visual Composer to create new pages, and I an unable to edit pages where Visual Composer was used to create the page.
I deactivated and reactived the plugin, but that didn’t help.
No new plugins have been added since updating Visual Composer.
The only other plugin changes have been updates to required plugins in conjunction with updating to the latest version of Kleo.
In another post about this issue someone mentioned that they can’t make VC edits in the frontend or backend – that is true for me as well
Example of what happens: when I click to edit a text box, nothing happens, not even an error message.
Most of our pages are created with Visual Composer, so this is a real problem.

Hi there, try to delete your browser cache since we encountered this in the past. Also try to disable any extra plugins just to test if there is an incompatibility with their latest version

@ SeventhQueen we do our best to have super happy customers. Thanks for being our customer.I had cleared my browser cache but only for the past 24-hours. Clearing all of the history solved the problem.
Next time I have a similar problem I’ll do the full history clear before submitting a ticket.
