When I check the Enable Parallax box for a row background image, the speed field populates to 0.1, but then when I save and preview, nothing moves. However, if I change the speed to 0.11 it suddenly moves much faster than expected and also the image size significantly increases, much more than should be required for the height of the row, resulting in blurred images and only a small visible area.
I cant reproduce this issue. Can you please provide a link to where this is happening and admin credentials?

So, I figured out it was the size of the image you were using. Specifically the aspect ratio. I took your image and added some height. The first image you’ll see that I uploaded in your media folder is called test. This was my first test where I made your image the same size that is used on the kleo demo site (1920 x 1080). That fixed your issue, but then I wanted to verify that it was an aspect ratio problem and not a width problem so I reduced that to 1400 x 788 (your image was 1400 wide). That also worked.
