On my Membership Level page, it shows an extra level (all fields are empty)

When I check the Levels tab in the admin, it has only the levels that I set up, no extra empty level. The database also has only the levels that I set up – no extra lines. What could be the problem?
Looks like I fixed it myself – just added a condition in the loop in the levels.php file:
if( $level->id > 0 ){}Great LKr. Glad you fixed it
