Hi –
On Sunday we transferred our website to Dreamhost’s hosting for WordPress. Nothing unusual in the method: copied the files over, exported the database, imported the database, and updated the DNS. Standard procedure.
However, there were problems with broken images, CSS and JS.
Support tickets were logged with Dreamhost. During their investigation process, they had trouble verifying the site and home URL via WP cli due to the errors below:
Undefined index: SERVER_PORT in /home/wp_zfdjdw/bcnwomensnetwork.com/wp-content/themes/kleo/kleo-framework/lib/f unction-core.php on line 586 [Undefined index:
SERVER_NAME in /home/wp_zfdjdw/bcnwomensnetwork.com/wp-content/themes/kleo/kleo-framework/lib/f unction-core.php on line 587
They told us it was a theme issue and to ask you about this.
We reminded them that our site worked on the previous host. But, because of the above errors, Dreamhost is holding the line that something in the theme is causing the problem.
Our site is currently in maintenance mode. Please let me know if you need to me to change that so you can have a look.
Thank you for your help!
October 21, 2015 at 04:30 #83468LauraModeratorHello, have you tried re-installing the theme by ftp? I mean main theme, not child.
If that doesn’t work, try disabling the plugins by ftp too (rename plugins folder)
If that also doesn’t work, then it’s surely a host issue.
