I have a problem with reCAPTCHA and PmPro plugin.

… I have entered my reCaptcha details and selected “Yes- To all memberships”. Once I save those details, I still don’t see reCaptcha show anywhere on the signup pages created PmPro plugin. I am getting quite a few spam signups.

If you have any other plugins installed other than kleo comes, disable it one by one to see what causes the problem.
Meke sure this is a not cache related problem.
If the issue is not related to cache or other plugins, please provide admin credentials to take a look.
