Hi,
We have many users complain that when they click the camera button at the top left of cover photo nothing happens and so they keep clicking the camera button. It’s simply because users don’t know the upload photo area is below beyond the screen.
When we click the camera button of Facebook, users can easily see that they can change photo from where. So, my question is that how to make below:
Users click the camera button at top left corner of cover photo >> the change/upload photo area moves to the top of the screen.
In this way, users can easily see that they can upload/change cover photo.

Hello, right now the default is to go to profile and in change profile photo. The camera icon just redirects there, you could let your users know that its below in the profile area, maybe with a message or an advice in the sidebar, faq…
