Hi,
I’ve bought the kleo an year or more ago and just started making a site with it.
I never got an update version? IS this normal?
The BIG PROBLEM: The menu text was all fine and all of a sudden it became white/transparent and disappeared?! Whatever I do, I can’t change it back within wordpress and it is invisible! I attach 2 screenshots for your visual.
A second question: in multiple forums I saw the question on how can we make the primary menu font bigger and although I followed the steps it simply didn’t work.

Your links dont work.
Several months ago Themeforest updated their automatic update code that is not compatible with older version of Kleo. You need to update Kleo to fix this going forward. Steps to update via ftp are here: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/steps-to-update-kleo-theme
Once you’ve have everything updated, give us a functioning url and we’ll help you with your menu issue.

Ok, now that’s great, first prbls were fixed..but! my usual “visual editor” just disappeared. Any idea how to get it back working?

it simply disappeared completely and i’m left only with the visual composer which is not convenient for posts..
Do you have the issue with the 2015 Theme enabled?
Have you checked for plugin conflicts?
Have you updated all plugins that come with Kleo 3.1 (wp admin > appearance > install plugins)?
Have you purged your server cache/cdn since updating? *** Last time I saw your issue, this solved it.

-> yesnot sure how you clean the server cache and how would that relate to a whole missing editor 🙂
Since you have the issue with the Wp 2015 Theme installed, its not Kleo causing it.
Does your server have caching enabled? If you dont know, contact your hosting company to find out.
