New registrations are showing in admin panel, but they are not showing up on my site. I am not sure what the reason could be. Any suggestions?

I guess that could be the problem, some are registering but not logging in after that. Is there a way to change the registration process to eliminate the email requirement, so the user can just register and be logged in immediately without having to click an email verification link? Thanks.
