I have reviewed a number of posts on the forum for removing the meta – author, date, number of comments and category. including
copy sweetdate_entry_meta function from sweetdate/functions.php into your sweetdate-child/functions.php and comment the lines that generate that
Is there not a simple way to remove
If not please provide the step by step process to have it removed. ie files that need to be amended
The removal that is needed are the post summaries on the home page.

I think you have solved this issue, you can do it with this CSS
COPY CODEbody.home .article-meta { display: none !important; }Add the CSS code to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick css
