Bugs during Buddypress group creation – at upload cover image

Recently this issue has come, it may be related to some update.

Here are some of the plugins that i am using. Latest WordPress, Latest BuddyPress, Latest IdeaStream, latest rtMedia, bbpress, BuddyPress Cover Photo, Buddypress first letter Avatar, BuddyPress Group Tags, Buddypress no captcha, buddypress site wide activity etc.

When any user creates a group, it shows total 8 stages in the wizard. You can actually try to create a dummy group on our website and recreate the whole scenario. First 5 wizard options works perfectly. notably 4th option is Cover Photo where a user can upload the cover photo for the group. 5th is giving access to members for album creation. the issue comes in 6th wizard which shows Cover Image. This page is actually empty and it doesn’t let the wizard to go any further. I fail to understand when there is Cover Photo what Cover image is doing here? seems like a plugin conflict. I am getting a dump error here which doesnt give much information.

I need help immediately. would appreciate if someone can give some insights.
