When writing a message to someone from within the profile page
I miss a function to show possible usernames.
So I can’t send a message if I don’t know the exact username.
Is it possible to show a list of all members (or mybe members with special starting letter) at the adress field of the message screen?

By default, the username suggestion list only shows your friends. Search the buddypress forum for the code to override that and suggest all users.
