I am having issues with registration. New registrations are not going through www.sociallion.lionstarpowergroup.com

Please be more specific. Are people being registered but they are not receiving activation emails? Are there any error messages? Have you looked for plugin conflicts?

Yes, that is the issue. People have been able to register, but the activation email goes to a blind error link. Also, I have only been able to register via the phone. It shows the login on a desk top computer, but submit button when finished entering information
You are on a really old version of Kleo
1 – Update Kleo. You’ll need to update via FTP: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/steps-to-update-kleo-theme Be sure to update bundled plugins after updating Kleo by going to Appearance > Install Plugins.
2 – Update Buddypress to 2.3.5 (do not install 2.4) https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress/developers/
If that doesnt fix your issue, temporarily enable the WP 2015 theme and see if you still have the issue.

I tried both of the things you suggested and I am still having issues. it allows me to create an account, it sends the email and it verifies now, but it doesn’t allow me to log in once that is done
What happens when you try to login? Does it also happen with the 2015 theme enabled?

when i did the 2015, it allowed me to register, but when i clicked the link in the email it gave a url with an error message one it
Then Kleo isnt causing the issue.
You didnt respond with what happens when you try to log in.

When i try to log in, it sends me to the wordpress login page and says i only have a few more attempts left. Please try to register so you can see what is happening. Also i have added the log in information. Trying to resolve this so i can launch it this week. At this point that is the only thing holding me up.

You’ve proven that its not Kleo causing the issue. You should disable all plugins and see if it works.

proven? ok. I’m only using the ones recommended. where you able to register and check if you were able to login? or does that go outside of your abilities?
My point is that if it doesnt work with the WP 2015 Theme, then its not Kleo code that’s causing it. (Which we already know because Kleo doesnt touch registration unless you use the fb stuff.) To say that you’re only using the recommended plugins is not accurate. I can see that you have social login plugin. I’m trying to assist you with some basic troubleshooting. The same steps I go through when I’m trying to figure out issues with my sites.
Back to troubleshooting. Disable all plugins except for buddypress. Enable the WP 2015 Theme. Go through registration and see if it works or not.
