hi, i’d like to know how to make the top part of my landing page (homepage) disappear from background view when i’m on the member page, registration page and other pages? i attached a screencap of my landing page, and if you notice on the member page screen cap, the top part appears on the background, this also happens in all the other pages, i’m a bit hesitant to just hide the element using css as it might affect the main landing page too. How do i stop this from happening?

December 5, 2015 at 04:55 #91351jmkmediaParticipanti see. well the reason i didnt do this from the styling options is because that would affect the homepage/landing page as well, i tried it now and it does affect the landing page too, which i was trying to avoid, that’s why i thought i should edit from the page codes to change the member page without affecting the homepage/landing page, if you could tell me which files i need to look at
December 6, 2015 at 06:23 #91454LauraModeratorHello, its different for that page as member page is generated dynamically by the code. What type of change do you want to do?

December 12, 2015 at 12:12 #92787jmkmediaParticipantthe changes u made to the member page also affected the original landing page (homepage), and i understand that this is because u did this through the styling options in the settings, which of course affects ALL the pages generally. I want the change to be applied in the member page only: removing the header background which u did (but affected the homepage if u noticed the difference now from an earlier screenshot I sent), and removing the entire footer WITHOUT AFFECTING the homepage. This is why I was asking which files or snippet of codes I need to edit to make changes within the page only.
December 13, 2015 at 16:27 #92991jmkmediaParticipanti think i need to ask you to undo whatever you have done in our settings, codes or whatever as i cant seem to put our landing page back to what it used to be, i’ve been on holiday for a couple of weeks and havent changed any codes so I dont get why it’s messed up now, i tried putting back the header to an image on styling settings like you said u did but it still doesnt return my landing page on it’s original state prior to your getting in it. I think it will be best if u just undo it and i’ll find a fix myself as it totally messed up my landing page.
December 13, 2015 at 16:56 #92998LauraModeratorHello, i only added the background image to Sweetdate > Homepage
You had the background at Sweetdate > Styling > Header which was the wrong position for the homepage background, you can just disable the Homepage backgroundHi there!!!
