Avg. plugin time: 22.2850 secPlease Fix RT media! it is slow and i dont know why.. Ur support has installed everything.. i just deacivated the plugin. I dont know how 2 fix. I use this plugin on another Blog without Problems! After deactivating RT Media, Paid Memberships Pro says slow Performace! Please do the Peformance setup well.. i cant use this work..
And the profile header photo upload doesnt work.. please fix my problems with w3, rt media, paid membership! no well-done work. the loadings of the page were problems of w3, rt media and paid membership plugins.. when i disable these 3 plugins wordpress is fast.. ! i paid 110$ for a broken worpress blog.. that is really sad..
i hope u can fix it.. Problems with kleo (profile header photo upload doesnt work), w3 is not configured well, but paid 20$ for that? rt media and paid membership take about 4-5 seconds to load all the time..
Hello, we are not responsible for the speed of your server.
Please keep in mind the speed of a site depends on how many plugins you are using and your server speed.
If a site has only 1 plugin i t will load faster, if you have 10 it might load a bit slower.
Deactivate the plugins that you do not want to use, for example rtmedia and paid memberships pro, they were activated because they are part of the theme demo preview but its not REQUIRED TO WORK, to make the site work you just need K-Elements and Visual Composer. Buddypress if you also want a community.rtmedia is to allow users to have photos and albums

W3 Total Cache is not something we created, its not a fraud plugin, its actually the best cache plugin around right now, us or any other company would install it for you. As we did for many other customers that are happy with their sites, in the other hand, if you server is not ready for a complex website that requires more resources then is not something we can fix.
You are blaming us because your server just doesnt like complex websites. We been testing this setup as many other customers in shared servers ( hostgator for example) and the website speed was awesome, for example, 1s to load. When a good speed is anything below 4s
Again, please, before anything, check which plugins you need and which you do not need, for example, if you do not want rtmedia, just deactivate it, its not required, i repeat, was installed because its the standard procedure while installing the theme demo, but its not in REQUIRED PLUGINS.
W3 Total Cache makes your website faster, its a fact, as we did test it before and after. And its not us saying that, is the whole internet.
As i said already, most of the time the issue with speed is the server itself, because some sites require more resources.
Attached some speed test of Strato and Inmotion hosting (very fast server for wordpress sites)
As you can see their own homepage is at 4s while inmotion hosting is at 731ms (less than a second)
