Limiting the Add Listing on the Business Directory

Hello – GREAT JOB with 3.1 !!

My question/scenario is this.  I would like the Add Listing feature to only be available to the person logged in so that it is their listing.  In other words if I am the Loews Hotel, I should be able to add my listing and upload photos etc. but nobody else should.  It just seems when anybody can change a listing then I could see incorrect information being posted.  Maybe I misunderstand the way this works.

Also as another point, when I look at the listing for any attraction but specifically “Rittenhouse Square”, the profile section is really nice with Headers such as “History”, “Layout”, “public Art”, etc but when I go to the ADD Listing page, I just see a Description box.  How does one enter all the profile data with such good looking headers?  Does it even go into the Description box of the Add Listing or somewhere else?  Remember the people entering this data will be the restaurant managers and not web programmers so telling them to learn HTML wont work…

Any help on these 2 issues will be greatly appreciated!
