Drop down field text

Hi there,

I’m having a few difficulties customising the look / field of drop down / text fields in forms on the Kleo theme. As seen in the attached ‘Busi drop down issue’  the text options in the drop down field aren’t visible until you run your cursor over them – I would like these field options to be black or grey so you can see what they say.

Similarly, in the location field on the Set your Status page, when you click the geo location button to ‘locate me’ it does in fact find your location (see attachments ‘busi location field issues’ and  but in the field it is in white text making it impossible to read unless you highlight using your cursor.

Lastly – I’ve installed Buddy Boss’ global search and it’s working well however as per attachment ‘search function’ it is not overlaying nicely on the site.  How can I make this box filled with a colour so that it is not transparent??

I’m still learning how to use wordpress so any / all help in fixing it would be greatly appreciated and will come with good Karma 🙂
