I have installed and activated contact form 7 for contact us page. but it still shows error. attached is the screen shot
Do you have a contact form with the ID of 7? If not, change the id to whatever your form ID is.

Mark as a solutionDear I havent made any new forms , whichever is setup in theme i am using it, in documentation it is told that install contact form 7 plugin and it will be seen on contact us page. you which ID are you referring to?
