1. RTMedia music player does not show play button and it keep changing between default white player and black shorter width player
2.Some videos uploads and plays but some uploads but does not display
Any suggestions how to fix these issues?

December 13, 2015 at 18:08 #93019sharmstrModeratorI’ve notified the developers and they will be releasing a fix for the audio player controls in the next update. I’ll keep a look out for the fix and give it to you before the update.
As far as videos go, both videos on the page you’ve supplied play just fine. Perhaps its an issue with processing time on the server? In other words, they dont play right away but eventually will play?

I noticed that you are running an old version of Kleo, but have newer versions of plugins like bp and rtMedia. You need to keep Kleo up-to-date if you’re going to be installing the latest versions of plugins.

December 21, 2015 at 15:24 #94540sharmstrModeratorHere’s the fix. Replace /kleo/assets/css/plugin.css with the attached file. Make sure you change the name of the attached file from plugins.txt to plugins.css
