user side or admin (upload media or publish new post) side always very slow to write data to database. Mostly waiting waiting waiting then publish is complete…

There is no member, no post no trafic, but i can see its slow. My hosting company said maybe theme problem but i dont believe them.
I installed wordpress with softclous. Also increased server php and wordpress memory allocated limit from this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
What could be the problem? i think you can see my site name, can you check?

Hello, wrong credentials, anyways it seems to be a server issue because for example, me, i use KLEO in my personal website, and its a shared hosting. Its even faster than yours
So maybe you need a speed optimization service or you can try using w3 total cache plugin

Because, i delete all files, plugings and wordpress. Laura, when i finish install wordpress and my filters, i will write again.
