    Hi,

I am using a multi select box for one of my profile fields in the search form.

    1) On touch devices, the multi select box is not styled like the other form elements (e.g. Dropdown menus) and is grey with a “…” where the arrow should be. How can I style this on touch devices to match the dropdown menu?

    2) On touch devices, the default text inside the multi select box says “0 items”. How can I change this to something like “Choose one or more options”?

    Thanks

Hi, That is rendered depending on the browser you are using and multi-select field unfortunately doesn’t support the custom styling applied by Zurb Foundation Framework

Thanks. Also have another question in relation to the multi select field:

On the Create Account page where users fill in their account and profile details, users have to select more than 1 option in the multi select box. However, they can just select 1 option from the same multi select box on the search form.

How can I change this so users are able to only select one item for the multi select box on the Create Account page?

    Thanks

You just change the field type to normal dropdown. There is no such option
