I understand there are no members yet, but when I do the search looking for people at specific age ranges

on the home page and press search, it says member and its blank (because there are no members),

but here is the problem: there is a text link that says all members below a text that says members, when I click on all members  I get an error message.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-admin/includes/class-walker-category-checklist.php on line 68

    Please help.

By your last post I was under the impression that you meant:

change ini.php file to memory_limit 128M; – And I did, and it still does not work.

Please help. I need to know what next steps to take as I am still problems.

OK, so after I wrote the last post, I worked on another issue, which was stopping the logo upload, and that solution was to disable the Revolution Slider plugin.

It turns out, after I uninstalled that Revolution Slider plugin the error message was no longer showing up and it shows members now.

    Thanks and problem solved!
