The Buddypress widgets like ‘groups’ and ‘members’ and ‘recently active members’ have lost all the styling on the ‘members only’ protected pages.
I just upgraded from last version of SweetDate and this happened. I’m also using Paid Memberships Pro – this is a subscription site.
I haven’t upgraded to the latest WP 4.4 yet – waiting to resolve this first.

February 29, 2016 at 22:39 #107486JoelBikesParticipantHi Laura, thanks for the help. And, apologies on the slow response.
I don’t have minify and disabling other plugins doesn’t seem to be getting me anywhere.
I’ve noticed another styling issue – or I think it’s styling where the default short code on Home page, ‘Post carousel’ is not working. I’m not sure if these are related – let me know if I should start a new thread.
On the home page, the ‘excerpt’ is now missing from those two carousel rows, and the ‘read more’ button only appears on the last article in the second row. Weird eh?
Any guidance is greatly appreciated 🙂

March 1, 2016 at 18:35 #107801LauraModeratorHello, the issue is the plugin: AddThis Website Tools

March 1, 2016 at 19:31 #107859JoelBikesParticipantThanks Laura!!
That worked perfectly for the home page carousel. Also, while checking the other issue of missing styling in the right nav, I disabled and then re-activated the AddThis plugin and noticed something worth sharing…
The ‘excerpt filters’ on the setting page of the AddThis plugin have to be disabled too in order for the carousel to work – even with the updated child theme settings above. Weird. I only noticed because they were re-enabled when I turned the plug in on again.
Also, I guess the the nav issue isn’t related because the styling of the ‘members’ widget on the right is still appearing without styling. I attached a screenshot.
Any ideas? You can see the members widget on the right nav of the page below:

Thank you for your help.

March 4, 2016 at 00:11 #108393JoelBikesParticipantThanks Laura, I just tried reinstalling the theme and unfortunately it didn’t make any difference. I tried the upgrade drag and drop, and then deleting the entire directory and moving the latest one in – same thing, no difference.
I noticed this morning when I went into the site, our forums (bbpress) that are not under a group, as well as our forum top level are throwing 404 errors now. Any chance you changed anything that may have affected these? I only ask because this is new.
Examples:

Example of forum not connected with a group:

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionMarch 30, 2016 at 17:14 #113549RaduModeratorHi,
I think your issue is comes from child theme i see that you have overwritten the original theme files, you will have to find out what snippet causes this issue.
If you deactivate the child theme and activate the parent you will see the buddypress member widgets works and it loads the needed css
Cheers
Radu
