On the search bar in the home page on the top left, how can I get rid of the text that says: ‘Serious Dating With Sweetdate” on that search box?
I do not want to get rid of the search box, just that specific text stated above that is in the search box.
I look forward to your reply.
P.S. – I tried to take the survey and the site gave an error.

I was able to change it, but when I saved it, I got this error: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/functions.php:19) in /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228
but it changed it nonetheless. However, now when I try to login to my admin, I get this error page:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/functions.php:19) in /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228
And now I can not login to my admin.
Please help.
Hello, do you have any custom code at functions.php? Because the settings at the theme options change the database not the files so it doesnt affect

No. There is not. I did what you instructed. I went to sweetdate, buddy press, and went to the section where the search bar text is located, I changed the text, pressed save, then I got this error when I pressed the save button: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/functions.php:19) in /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228
Then when I logged out and logged back in, I was not able to access the login when I tried to access the admin panel by typing in my site and typing in /wp-admin.
Please help un do this.
I bought this software and I almost got it to work but after installing there have been a lot of errors I am not happy about.
Well………….I had to delete every file on my server regarding this.
I reinstalled word press, resinstalled sweet date, and then I cried, and then and only then did the error go away…
