Hi,
I am testing WPML plugin for my site. I noticed that every time we want to make a page in different language we have to start from a blank template. I want to clone the layout of a specific page and then change the langue of the text .
Is there a way to achieve this?

Hello, yes you could do that, just select the page to “clone”, click edit, if you are in visual composer click CLASSIC MODE then select the Text editor ( next to visual editor ) Copy all the codes you see and paste them in the text editor of another page, now on the new page, after you paste the codes in text editor, go to visual composer and everything should be the same as the page to clone 🙂

Thanks for your reply. I used another approach for this issue.
When you install WPML plugin, it creates a right sidebar. You can “Duplicate” and translate the page. It clones the template in the current language and you can change the text.Thanks and you can mark this resolved.
