The Revolution Slider plugin that was included in my Kleo download package is version 5.1.3. The latest version available is 5.1.5. I urgently wish to update to the latest version, since with the current version I am encountering many issues. For example I can’t edit the slides of a newly created slider, the page becomes inaccessible once any amount of slides have been uploaded. The slider settings page breaks and becomes unclickable and even if I can manage to get a new slider working, the 3rd image in the carousel would randomly stop displaying. I also can’t import and free sliders. If I attempt to upload online, is says “this feature is only available if you activate Slider Revolution for this installation” and if I attempt to upload the free example sliders, they begin importing and nothing happens.  Is there any chance I could have the latest version of the rev slider sent to me in a zip? Or alternatively, is there any way I can update the plugin without having to upgrade to premium? It doesn’t even seem to acknowledge that the rev slider plugin is activated. Please help.

Unfortunately, I still have all the same issues mentioned above and I think it’s because the Slider Revolution plugin says that it’s not activated. I attempted a hack on the options.php which was instructed in another support thread, yet no where could I find “revslider-valid-notice” to set it to ‘true’. Is there a new way of telling the plugin, that it doesn’t require activation? I still can’t use the plugin at all to create a new slider, please help.

UPDATE: It was a memory issue, which has been resolved. The plugin functions correctly now, the only issue remaining is that Slider Revolution, still thinks it’s not activated and I’m unsure if this will be a problem? If not, then this is once again resolved.

Glad to hear it works now. The notice about Revslider not being activated is normal since the plugin comes bundled with the theme. This is found also in their docs http://www.themepunch.com/faq/update-plugin-packaged-theme/
