ParticipantJust bought the theme and have followed the video info to correct installation, Theme loaded ok, but when i try and install the plugins suggested in the video but i get a “<b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 786432 bytes) in <b>/home/fansbank/public_html/konnect-local.com/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/config/map.php</b> on line <b>2321” ? then can not g<b>et</b> back into the dashboard, i have to un<b>install the wordpress installation as try again … same result any help?</b>

ModeratorIncrease your memory. As the Kleo docs indicate, you need at least 128M and probably 256M. At present, according to the error, you have the default 64M.

ParticipantI have 1024 MB in my hosting account RAM memory available???? When you say RAM you are referring to server, right?

ModeratorJust because you have that much doesnt mean that you’ve allocated it to WP. WP will only use 64M of that unless you change it in wp-config.php.

ParticipantHey, set the wp-config to 256MB and the install worked just fine, loaded all the plugins and followed the install video, everything set up great (with the demo data). I then tried setting up six different users all signed in with their own accounts and all six vieiwing their activity feed and sending friends requests and update profiles ect.
Problem, it seems having six concurrent users blew my hosting memory allocation. I have a GoDaddy Account with 1024 MB memory allocation (i upgraded my basic account). I then signed each of my test users out and then reviewed the memory allocation which had then returned to the normal. Does this theme have issues with multiple concurrent users?? -
