I want that an user can deactivate their profile depending upon their will. How can this feature be implemented? Presently a user can delete a profile. But i want to Deactivate the current profile. And when the user needs to re active the profile he can do so just like the facebook feature.

This option is not available in buddypress or in kleo, and if you want to achieve this you should hire a developer to implement this functionality.
