I am having an issue where part of the home page is not loading sometimes when it is opened in Firefox or Chrome. The part that is not loading is the “Latest Registered Members Carousel” on the bottom of the Create an Account area, and at the same time this happens none of the title or text in the main area loads either. (See screen shot)
This does not happen every time the home page is called up, but it happens very often. I have tested this on multiple computers and it appears to only occur when Firefox or Chrome browsers are used. Internet Explorer seems to be exempt from this, I have never been able to get the issue to happen in I.E. Additionally, all browsers on smart phones seem to work ok as well, I have not been able to replicate the issue there. Firefox and Chrome on smart phones seem to be fine too.
I am not sure what could be causing this, but any feedback or suggestions would be welcome. The main problem with this glitch is that a new site user will not be able to see the text describing what my site is about, and that is definitely a problem. Thanks.

Earlier today, I removed the “kleo Support Box” widget from the Homepage and replaced it with the “bbpress Login Widget”. Since then, it seems like the issue has disappeared. I will keep you posted if it returns again, but it seems like this action might have resolved the problem.

It is happening again in Firefox and Chrome both, unfortunately. See screen shot. The latest members carousel does not move and the main area where the text is supposed to be is blank white. It’s as if that part is not loading. Sometimes it does and then other times it doesn’t. Still not sure why this is happening randomly.
Also, in your own screen shot it actually happened. You can see the carousel is only showing 2 members, and it looks like the text is gone from your screen shot as well.
Not even sure where to start on troubleshooting this.

Seems ok now. I haven’t been able to replicate the issue for quite a while. I’m not sure if it was something with my host that was resolved or what. Possibly upgrading to the recent theme version and/or the most recent WordPress version fixed it. The world may never know….
