Is it possible to adjust the profile fields are given after 1st login in their accounts

If we are adding the user fields for profile details. It shows at registration page. But as per requirement those user fields are shown at after activating the account.
If you want to hide profile fields, you’ll have to find a plugin that will do that for you.
