I’m an experienced WP Admin. I’m getting a “too many redirects” error when attempting to view any page under /wp-admin/
The webpage at http://christpoint.wpengine.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rtmedia-settings has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
Here’s what I did:
- clean install of wordpress on wpengine
- installed bbpress, buddypress, yoast, and jetpack plugins
- installed KLEO via web interface zip file upload
- installed all recommended KLEO-recommended plugins
- site started generating redirect error
- tested by disabling (via renaming “buddypress-media” plugin folder)
- deleted “buddypress-media” plugin folder
- re-installed “buddypress-media” plugin from plugin screen
- when I activate “rtmedia”, I get the too many redirects loop error.
Please advise. if you want admin

First please enable wp_debug – https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG then look for displayed errors and paste it here.
This error can be caused by one of the plugins, i suggest you to disable all plugins excluding the plugins that has comes with the theme like buddypress rt media etc
Let me know

There was an install step of RTmedia plugin that could not complete with all the other plugins active. I deactivated all plugins except for buddypress and bbpress, installed rtmedia with no problem, then activated all the other plugins.
