I have a bug adding the pic to forums. Cover image works. There are some code snippets shown at the add page, the button upload doesnt work. Also no chance to drag a pic. Latest and fresh installation.
Please refer to the screen attached.
Thank you for your help!
Greetings, Chris

January 18, 2016 at 07:06 #99022LauraModeratorHello, have you tried deactivating other plugins? Maybe bbpress addons could be creating conflicts, if you already tried that, please share admin credentials so i can check it out 🙂

January 22, 2016 at 20:05 #100036LauraModeratorHello, just tested with another theme and it doesnt seem to be an issue with the theme or woocommerce, did you add any custom php code? Have you tried deactivating and deleting some of the addons you have?

January 23, 2016 at 00:50 #100068chrisatParticipantHello Laura,
thank you for your effort. I’ve just shut down all plugins (there is no custom code). In fact it must be an bug when using W3 Total Cache.
Will be a lot of investigation to find out how to exclude those affected pages (as they are not “pages” I would be able to exclude and address).
Cache is important to speed up the page, do you have any idea for a kleo tested cache plugin?Greetings,
ChrisJanuary 26, 2016 at 05:30 #100467LauraModeratorHello, w3 was already tested but you could try super cache or zencache

January 27, 2016 at 19:59 #100840chrisatParticipantHello Laura,
thank you for your ideas. I got noticed that with geo directory plugin W3 is not allowed too. They have a own cache tool as add on. We will see.
Thank you again. Ticket can be closed.
Greetings, Chris
