Hi, I’ve just uploaded the Kleo theme. On my wordpress dashboard there is a notice saying
“Thanks! You should receive an activation email for rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress to your mailbox at [my email address]. Please make sure you click the activation button in that email to complete the install.”
That email never arrived (it’s been 3 days) – what shall I do?
I’ve never seen that message and dont see it when I search the rtMedia source code. Can you provide admin credentials so I can see what’s going on?

Hi i got the same message not sure what to do, I have not seen the message again any help would be fantastic
As previously stated, I’ve never seen it so not sure how to help. If it pops up again, please provide us with access so we can see what’s going on.
