Hello, the create a group button is there, also the create a topic..
Users just need to go to yourwebsite.com/groups to see the button, it wont appear at their profile.
For forums, they cant by default, what they can do is create a topic inside a forum, and the topic form appears too, all is working properly. The current forum you have is a grupo forum, so only members can create topics there. To add a public forum you need to create it at backend so users are able to post a topic there
