Unfortunately that is not configurable from admin since is just a step before the final registration page. The profile fields that show in the /register page are configurable from WP admin – USers – Profile fields. That form is just a teaser.
To remove the latest members, do it from WP admin – Sweetdate – Homepage. See the attach
