Well, the TGM library is a “plugin” itself which help us ease the way you can install recommended/required plugins to use in addition with the theme. Normally you won’t find it declared in the plugin list, but in this case dunno exactly what might happen, didn’t tested this issue myself, hope PMPro guys fix it soon.
