These are the group names.

Стил на живот (Lifestyle)
Физически данни (Physical)

I renamed the groups to these because it couldnt not work with WPML.
So i needed both language in the same string.

Update :

I corrected this by disabling album from buddypress.

Then i installed : rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress

And now it is possible to see pictures and switch between languages.

I just changed some of the text in functions.php
But it gave no result and it is still the same.

I cannot see the logic in how it should be done.

So when a man searches for a woman, it should give alot more results.
