Sometimes there are conflicts between our theme ( Kleo, Sweetdate or BuddyApp ) and third party plugins or between recommended plugins and the rest of the plugins.
Please follow the procedures below to determine details about any conflicts for further troubleshooting.
Testing for Plugin conflicts
Go to Wp-Admin -> Appearance -> Themes and activate a default WordPress theme, while a WP default theme is active and your sill see that "bug or problem" it means the problem it's caused by the active plugins, not from our theme.
To determine which plugin is conflicting, de-activate all plugins and re-activate plugins one by one while testing to see if the issue returns after each activation.
When the issue returns you’ve found the conflicting plugin.
