Restrict users access to whole site and force them to Paid memberships Pro levels page

This code requires Paid Memberships Pro plugin.

This snippet will force your users to apply for a membership level after registration. They won’t he able to do anything on your site until they purchase a membership level. This script basically redirects the users without memberships to the Memberships Level page and restricts them to access the pages of your site.
