With the new Sweetdate 3.0 we did some changes to how search forms are created, so now you are able to create unlimited search forms and place them where you want.
Because of that, you may see this error after the update or after installing the theme. It's very easy to setup, just follow these steps:
Go to Users > Profile fields and add all the fields you want to use for profile
Go to Users > Profile search and create the search form
Finally, go to Pages > Home and edit it, using ELEMENTOR, click at the error message and you should be able to select your search form ?
