Hi,
I set up your theme and start update the users’ list. Some of them are in the list:
E.g. http://www.smebanking.club/community/members/abochanova/
but when I click on search (please check here: http://www.smebanking.club/community/) there is just some others. At the same time I cancel the access to some others (like http://www.smebanking.club/community/members/karinamus/) but there are still there.
Please help me to resolve the issue as to allow to show the users and avoid the situation when I delete someone but he/she is present in member list.

PMPro and BP are different plugins created by different developers. They dont necessarily work together. Kleo adds some BP blocking based on membership level.
You’ll have to ask the PMPro developers how to accomplish what you want.

February 9, 2016 at 20:40 #102985agidulyanParticipantWhy did you decide that it is related to PmPro? I don’t touch it. I meant: I go the standard “Users” and just delete it there. But it is still in BP list. That’s all.
February 9, 2016 at 20:52 #102987sharmstrModeratorThat’s what I was asking. If you were cancelling a membership… as in PMPro. Deleting users is not cancelling them. Its just a confusion of terms at this point.
So, lets back up. You are saying that you delete a user in WP Admin and they still show up in /members?

2 – Couldn’t access wp-admin to set it myself and look at the users.

Try the following
1 – Enable the WP 2015 Theme on the community site. Then search for karinamus from the members directory. Let me know if they still show up.
2 – Disable all plugins except VC, K-elements and BP. Then search for karinamus from the members directory. Let me know if they still show up.
