Hi there,
I have a few issues I’d like some help with if possible please. I’ve included the URL and login in case they are needed.
I don’t seem to have a register page! I’ve setup membership levels, but when someone tries to sign-up it says they need to be registered first, but doesn’t give them a button to register. I’m guessing I’m missing something obvious, but I assumed that trying to buy a membership would automatically send them to register?
On a desktop computer, when two people are friends, they can just click on the other person’s name in their profile and it is linked. On iPhone this doesn’t work and the user has to search for for the person again when they’ve already been messaging. So basically, it will let you click on the name and go to the person on desktop but not on mobile.
It’s not possible to easily upload photos on iPhones. It comes up with the crop box to expand but you can’t see all the picture to select. Also, the results of the cropped image don’t match the selection. Please see screenshots.
Finally, do you guys offer any kind of paid for premium support? I’d be happy to pay for assistance in getting things sorted quickly.

I fixed the first two issues. To fix the non-clickable links on mobile, add this CSS:
.friend-item {
position:relative !important;
z-index:9999 !important;
}Just in case it helps anyone else as support seem to be on holiday!

Try to enable registration on your site from WP admin – Settings – General
Will fix the non-clickable item, thanks @ebook-designs
Related to the image, that should come from BuddYpress or rtMedia. Where you are uploading it.

As mentioned the non-clickable links were fixed. When a user clicks on there profile, they can choose “change profile image” this opens up an uploader window where the user can upload an image. This works fine on desktop, but on mobile the user cannot view the full image as it doesn’t fit on screen, so this means they can’t crop it properly. Please see the screenshots I uploaded on the earlier post. Thanks.
