how to set Contact 7form in footer area? there isn’t no submit button

Hello~

1. What do I do if I  want to see submit button of contact form 7 in footer area?

I want to collect customer phone number and e-mail address.

I set contact form 7  in footer.

but I can’t see submit button in footer.

2. How to set  a brown color box( to focus on the contact form 7 area.)?

I tried like below but it showed just text…

3. How to narrow input box height in contact form 7?

it is a little thick so I want to make narrow.
