    Hello, am having issues with membership payment settings,i have configured everything as shown in the photo,i had two cases where members upgraded and paid for $10 each,i got email notification on paypal and theri status changed to standard members but yet there is no cash in my payapl despite PayPal notifying me.

     

    Also when ic heck the order page the accounts says deleted or “token” is there any wrong?

     

    Question too: anytime i share my theme homepage http://www.findpsonsor.co.ke on facebook,instead dof displaying the homepage image and site description it shows my hosting default page “siteground” i have been in contacted with my hosting for the past 2 weeks and they’ve not been bale to solve it,they say its a bug and not chance or cookies please help.

     

    Am afraid if this two issues cant solve am kindly requesting for a refund or simply file dispute on PayPal coz if your theme cant serve the purpose of why i bought it,it makes no sense to me.What is “token” and must i manually approve payment? shoudl i use live or sandbox for paypal? is it paypal express or?? see the images

    Hello, envato handles the refunds, please contact them if you want a refund, but refunds are made if the theme is not working, and payments are related to paid memberships pro if its subscription and woocommerce if its a sho
    The theme did not create woocommerce or pmpro. Issues relate to third party plugins are not a reason for refund as our theme did not create those plugins and they are FREE plugins that you can find at wordpress repository, they are included because they are usually used with kleo and works fine with kleo. If for example woocommerce has a bug is not a KLEO issue, is something that should be resolved by the team that created woocommerce 🙂
