Hi there,
I’ve had a subscriber (test) cancel her paid membership with PayPal and all good with the cancellation process, HOWEVER, as admin I did not receive an email alerting me to the fact they have cancelled. What do I need to do to set this up please.

Unfortunately its not very clear on how I change this. You should be able to offer support as its part of your package. I have registered with Paid Membership Pro but it does not give access to support, just documents. Please can you put it into simple language for how and where i need to change it please.

Hello, i am not sure why it is not working, try deactivating other plugins and testing it. I sent you to their support page because they would know better than me as they created it 🙂
