Hi there,
I have a theme update waiting in my site, but I’m nervous to update it because I get a pop-up warning that I will lose any customization. Can you confirm this or tell me that it’s not true?
I’m attaching a screenshot of the warning
I have backed up my site with UpDraft Plus plugin, but I would really hate to lose all my customizations.
Thanks for your help.Hello, that would only happen if you dont use a child theme. If you use a child theme and did all changes at the child theme then you wont lose any customization 🙂
